For as long as I can remember, curiosity and a love of learning have played a significant role in my life. From a chemistry set on my 11th birthday, to taking as many different classes at Brigham Young University as I could, I have always been searching for something new to learn. While working for a previous employer, I noticed a lot of repetitive work being done by myself and my coworkers. This led me to learning about excel and google sheets, where I eventually created a mini program to send emails out daily to customers when they hit specific milestones in their process of getting their solar project activated. After realizing how much I enjoyed working on that project, I left my job to study web development, and haven't looked back since. I've continued that learning into Salesforce, and currently do a mix of Salesforce Development and Web Development.

I am an entrepreneur who has started multiple companies. My last company I sold off was InMoment, a CX company. I started Halosight to unlock the customer conversations for brands right inside of Salesforce. Salesforce has been a superb partner to us. We are on the CRMA Product Advisory Board and we work closely with SE/AE's.
I build meaningful digital product experiences that are frictionless, intelligent, and memorable. Frictionless experiences that use great design to delight people. Intelligent products that predict what customers need using analytics and machine learning. Meaningful services built around key emotional moments in the customer journey. Those three things are what get me out of bed every day.
I lead teams of designers and engineers who create differentiated products that delight users and drive shareholder value. My teams understand that great solutions begin and end with the customer. We work together to build a culture of measurable improvement.
In 2014 I was recognized by Utah Business Magazine as a CxO of the Year for my role as Chief Product Officer of InMoment. Additionally in 2011, I was the recipient of the CTO of the Year Award from the Utah Technology Council.
My process is simple so that teams can focus on repeatable innovation instead of process scaffolding. Design thinking informed by Lean principles executed in an Agile way.
I also thrive on coaching individuals to take the next step in their product or career. My team building methods are straightforward and focus on fostering candid communication and trust. I teach credibility, reliability, intimacy, and team over self.

Being able to compare how our pipeline of Opps, Leads or Cases over different time periods is a valuable predictive analytics tool. With standard reports we can see what records are open and what closes at different intervals, but we can't easily compare what records were open last week vs this week. These insights can provide intelligence to help plan for upticks or downticks in manufacturing, outreach and resource allocation. This session will show you how to accomplish this by building a baseline report, a custom object, a scheduled analytic snapshot and a comparison dashboard.
